By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The Service

An AI-powered learning tutor that generates study plans, courses, practice tests, graded checkpoints, and revision using third-party Large Language Models. Generated content is for educational purposes and may be inaccurate — verify anything you rely on. It is not professional (legal, medical, financial) advice.

Accounts

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Acceptable use

Do not: upload content you have no right to use or that is unlawful/harmful; attempt to access other users' data or bypass the Service's isolation/security; scrape, overload, or evade rate limits or usage metering; use the Service to violate a third-party AI provider's policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content & AI processing

You keep ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service for you, including sending it to the LLM providers named in the Privacy Policy — one of which (DeepSeek) is operated from the People's Republic of China. You consent to this at sign-up; withdrawing consent ends your use of the Service.

Billing & credits

Usage is metered and debited against a per-user credit balance. There is no perpetual free tier — the Starter plan includes a one-time free trial; subscriptions and top-ups add credits (via Stripe). At zero balance, generation is blocked until you subscribe or top up. {{REFUND_POLICY}}.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to {{LIABILITY_CAP}}. We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI-generated content. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination & data

You may delete your account at any time (Settings → Your data), which erases your content per the Privacy Policy. You may export your data before deletion.
