We aim to reply within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, Central European Time). Include the email address on your account and, if relevant, a short description of the quest or step you were working on.
What we can help with
- Account access — sign-in issues, password resets, and session problems
- Billing & credits — subscription questions, top-ups, and usage on your account
- Product guidance — how quests, mentors, drills, and revision work
- Technical issues — errors, broken pages, or features that behave unexpectedly
- Data requests — export, correction, or deletion under our Privacy Policy
Self-service options
Many requests can be handled directly in the app:
- Export your data — Settings → Your data → Export my data (JSON)
- Delete your account — Settings → Your data → Delete account
- Billing & usage — Settings → Billing
- Sign out — Settings → Your data → Log out
